PUR Quick Pro Portable Palettes

You've got to love these handy little palettes that PUR have added to their line. Now this is where the phrase 'good things come in small packages' fits aptly. The palettes are as thin in width as a digestive and just as a light as a biscuit when it comes to their weight. I think this is a plus and my fellow heavy handbag carriers will agree. When you already have a curler, full-sized skincare, a kettlebell and a sink stashed into your handbag, the last thing you need is bulky palettes rattling around in there. Hands up for the number of times you've smashed a brand new blusher or damaged an eyeshadow palette when carrying it in your handbag? I know a little bit of alcohol and some YouTube DIY-ery can solve everything but refurbished make-up is never the same. That's where these ingenious babies come in.

Each pro palette comes with two and you can choose if you want a 'sculpt and glow' or 'lips and eyes' combo. The quality of the products in the palette is gorgeous, just like PUR's full sized products and they haven't cut corners because it's a palette. My favourite is the 'Night Fantasy' palette because it has some amazing deep, jewel toned shades that compliment my skintone very easily. The lip colours are nice and opaque and the shadows are perfect to compliment any evening wear. I can see this being perfect for desk to dancefloor transitions, restricted luggage holidays and just generally to throw in your bag for topping your make-up on the go.

I am especially amazed with the 'Sculpt and glow' palette. I mean there's nothing on the market at present where you get three bronzers and three highlighters in such a dinky little compact. I've even used my fingers to use the highlighers and because they are so nice and creamy, it glides on like a dream! I'd usually throw in a mini angled brush to use with the contours. Overall, if you're looking for travel-friendly makeup that doesn't shatter and can permanently stay in your handbag - this is some good quality stuff right here.
