Lipstick Queen Silver Screen - Made It

The sister got this baby from Space NK years ago and we just decided to let it sit in its velvety case and gather dust while we ummed and aahed on using it. Fast forward to a month ago, it has emerged as a 'must use' when shopping our stash. The formula banks on being super creamy and drying to a wet look. It has Pomegranate Sterols, to amp up the hydration levels as well as Vitamins A, E and peppermint oil for the added nourishment. The emollient formula is satin-like to apply but I find it works best when applied with a lip brush for better control. For mid-day touch-up's, I dab it on the centre of the lips and spread it out evenly to the corners. The key is not to go crazy with the straight-from-the-bullet application. The finish is opulent as promised and as glamorous as you would see on the silver screen. It's one of those formulas where it's more for red carpet photos and to elegantly wine and dine than gorge on breakfast scones and guzzle down creamy lattes. If you wear it carefully, the product lasts pretty long without much disruption.

You can get them in a total of 7 shades I believe and I have 'Made It' in my possession. This one's a lustrous, true deep wine. You can build it up with a further application but one swipe is more than enough to deposit a generous layer of pigment.

I personally wear it when I feel kinda 'meh', have an 'I don't have any lipsticks!' kind of a day and want to liven up the complexion. And of course, it goes without saying that it's a special occasional expert.

FeelUnique currently has two shades for 47% off but if you're after 'Made It' in particular, get it HERE
