NEW Lord & Berry Must-Haves!

Whenever I thought of Lord & Berry till date, nothing really sprung to mind. I have dabbled into their cosmetic range before without developing a strong opinion about them at all. This time around, either my make-up preferences have changed or the brand has seriously revamped their formulas.

I'll tell you what my must-have's are first and foremost. It's their Vogue lipstick in the shade 'Smarten Nude'. I genuinely haven't come across a more exciting nude lipstick ever before. A semi-matte finish, it has a thin formula, making it literally glide on like a veil of colour. I'm not sure if this will make sense, but it has no texture to it at all. So no fading or crumbling or feathering. The colour stays put on the lips in a non-fussed manner which will make you want to get obsessed with the lippy. I know I am. Also, the colour is something that's better than Kylie Jenner's nude pout. It's not grey or beige. In fact, a more feminine, bold and glamorous brown with a hint of pink to make it easily wearable.

Now I want the entire Vogue lipstick collection from Lord & Berry in my make-up bag. #goals

My second must-have is their Lipliner in the shade 'Romantic Rose'. Again, I am extremely fussy with lip liners and can only use the MAC ones without complaining. This, on the other hand, is better than MAC. MAC's creamy texture can make the lip liners settle in the crevices of the lips. This has an uber light texture and a semi-matte finish again, giving you a fuller pout instead of prune-y lips. The shade is a lovely summery, girly pink with a hint of peach to liven up the complexion. You NEED it in your collection.

A must-try from Lord & Berry are their Lip Crayons. Take your pick, go matte or shiny with these. Again, some seriously gorgeous colours in the range. The only thing about their matte Lip crayon is that they are a little on the creamy side, affecting its longevity. With the shiny ones, they are great to throw on for a date night without spending ages to perfect the edges but they don't wear off so well and can feather a little if you're a clumsy eater like myself.

Do check out their Luminizer Stick if you are into the strobing trend and want to create 'Instragramable' looks. Their Seta Eyeshadows are packed with some serious pigment and their Skin Lip Gloss is perfect if you avoid lip glosses for their super sticky finish. These come with a satin-like finish and a punch of colour to the lips.
