I cannot believe it’s
that time of the year already! Multiple mall trips, hours treading Bond Street,
browsing online sales in price order (or is that just me!? Oh Well). So I have
devised a list of easily available stocking fillers which I personally think
are super cute and practical. In price order, here they are
Dirty Works Printed Nail files – Uber cute set of 3 emery boards
(posh for printed nail files) make a perfect stocking filler retailing at just
£2.50! These nail files are worthy enough to use in public and file away on
those long commutes. With cat, fish and birdie prints, its likely to keep you
entertained on those commutes too. If you have always been a sucker for
adorable prints, then check out Dirty Works online for lots of cute
knick-knacks.
Good Things Spa – Manuka Honey bath soak – This
mammoth of a 300ml bottle would make a great stocking filler at just £3.49.
Infused with sweet almond and shea butter, it makes a lusciously cosy bath soak
for those aching limbs. Good for the senses and the wallet (cha ching!). The
Good Things Spa range is filled with various such stocking fillers which come
in Manuka Honey, Acai berry and Argan Oil.
I Love….Little Bag of Love - I Love… has collaborated
with Argos, Primark and Superdrug for different stocking fillers to large gift
sets, so you can spoil your siblings, cousins, neighbours, postman etc without
breaking the bank. The packaging is festive and the products are heavily
scented and amazing. My Little Bag of Love has a shower cream, body spritzer
and a bath scrunchie. It comes in a lovely transparent travel pouch as well,
just for £4!
Kiko metallic shine eyeshadow – I am in love with this
gorgeous green eyeshadow pot. It perfectly complements the forest green outfits
all over stores. It’s creamy, easy to apply with a dab of the finger and
metallic enough for the coming Christmas parties. This pot comes in various
shades but shade 05-Charming Sage is my favourite as it packs
an impact on the eyes and totally screams Christmas! Available in all Kiko
stores for £6.90.
imPRESS Accent Press-on nails - For
the nail fanatics, grab a design from the imPRESS range at just £6.98. The
press-on nails come in super quirky prints and claims to be waterproof. This
quickie manicure is a sure hit stocking filler and can be bought from your
nearest drug store.
Kiss Gel Fantasy nails – Kiss has gone a
step further and created a festive range of self-adhesive nails. These smooth
finish glittery glamorous nails would be ideal for a Christmas party without
the hassle of visiting salons. The picture doesn't do justice to how sparkly
and 3-D these nails are. These also retail at £6.98 and are available at most drug
stores.
Lanolip101
Fruties – If you want to gift something simple, go for this fruity
lip balm infused with vitamin E, antioxidants and lanolin. Retailing at £7.99
this is an easy to use, all purpose handbag essential and does wonders for
chapped lips.
Kiko Contouring
Pencil set – Now this one’s a winner with two chubby sticks -
a highlighter and a contouring pencil. It has rave reviews and I cannot agree
more after trying them. The packed with pigment shades are available – Light to
medium for the paler skin and medium to dark for the warmer skin tones. Priced
at £9.90 it should be a sure winner for a quick last minute stocking filler.
Orly Infamous Collection – My current favourite is this
gorgeous deep red from Orly called Scandal. It's a cream thick
berry red; the colour I wear half the year when I can’t settle on what shade to
wear. A massive bottle retailing at just under £10 is a luxury stocking filler
and comes in lots of gorgeous shades to choose from.
Bagsy Wow lips – Okay, so this one is not exactly
under 10 quid! But I have cheated a bit and bundled it for its just £12 for a
fab chubby stick which comes in a beautifully printed cylindrical casing.
My favourite is shade 03 Ready to Wear a hydrating deep berry
red, perfect to throw on a typical winter morning.
