Fitness Ramble: Studio-to-street looks

Taking Your Yoga Wear Out Of The Studio
Taking Your Yoga Wear Out Of The Studio Created by: Ebates Coupons

I am a huge fan of casual-chic fashion. One that looks effortless, slightly grungy but chic. My favourite celebrities when it comes to fitness fashion are the Kardashians no doubt. All the sisters do a flawless job at transforming their work-out gear to street style or vice versa. My favourite look from the infographic above is tying the workout hoodie around the waist and teaming it with a statement bag and a Starbucks drink (Pumpkin Spice latte anyone?) of course! Now that coloured trainers are in fashion, I would pair the look with Adidas Stan Smith sneakers and a Whistles or Sophie Hulme bag.

Although Summer is almost over, I know there are tonnes of people like me who like to take their fitness seriously come Winter. I absolutely love experimenting with coats and jackets and they never look great with a muffin top. If you are just getting into the #fitspo territory, I'd suggest starting off with some clean eating and remove the phrase 'I'm on a diet' from your vocabulary. Cassey Ho from Blogilates is the only YouTube channel you will need if you are an at-home workout kinda gal. And as for the gym, interval training will be your BFF when it comes to burning fat, FAST. Yoga is a complementary routine to all of the above to keep your posture in check and help tone those muscles.

Now that we are so close to Christmas and the end of year, it's the perfect time to get back into shape to avoid those New Year blues come January 2016. Chop chop!
