So I wasn't here for a while wasn't I? Thank god for once. Had a mini break after Eid around London and I have come to the conclusion that it's not bad looking after all. Being a Londoner, I don't go touring around these places often nor do I take the time to appreciate the beauty around hence this was good for a change, hanging around the city like a tourist with family over from Leicester for my nephews 5th birthday.
Oh and I also had a ride in the oh so popular 'Emirate Airline' cable car which was quite fun, although my fear of heights did kick in for a few seconds and the swaying cable car didn't help at all. Highly recommended though if you haven't tried it out yet. It gives the most stunning view of London!
Also, tried afternoon tea and dessert at the London Eye Barracuda, their vintage inspired restaurant cruiser right next to the London Eye. We just ordered something to be able to enjoy the ambiance for a bit but surprisingly enough the staff and the food wasn't bad or atrociously priced either. Definitely head over if you're around.
Need to discover London more. Any must-have places to visit peeps?

last time i went to london i went to kew gardens, theyre absolutely beautiful and i ended up walking around them for around 5 hours. i went on a similar cable car when i was on holiday, i got so scared when it started swaying!

Been trying to go to the cable cars for 3 days now but weather has been rubbish and all sorts of other excuses have stopped me from going but now I have to go looking at your pics! U should visit kensington gardens it's beaut. Shana xx
