Pink-Grey Smokey eyes with a twist

I would never ever think of pairing pink with grey especially for smokey eyes but this actually turned out pretty good and am planning to sport it for an evening occassion soon :) Hope you guys like it too!

What is the 'star' of this look is the gun metal grey color. Its such a gorgeous blue-grey metal color with gorgeous shimmer particles that reflect. It saves the effort of putting extra glitter on the top to jazz up the look if your going for a night out or for an occassion.

It would even look stunning if worn alone or as a wet liner on the lower lashline.

The matte fuschia pink that comes in this duo acts as a cherry on the cake as its the most beautiful matte fuschia color. It is not cakey or poorly pigmented like some high-end matte shadows but is suprsingly sikly in texture. Both have superb pigmentation as you can see from the swatches above which are without a base.

This duo is from Satellite3 Cosmetics and was sent to me by their PR ages back. You can get it here.

Products Used

- UDPP as base
- Mac Fluidline in Blacktrack as base all over the lid
- Grey color from Satellite duo all over the lid
- Fuschia color from the duo used in the crease and blended above
- Mac blacktrack fluidline used to line the upper and lower waterline and upper and lower lashline and then smudged with a Q tip to give that smoked out effect

These shadows are kinda expensive but I plan to get more from their range soon as they are totally worth is and so unique :)
