ANIME Look Anyone?

All the products I received! :D

look at that wand!!

Anime eyes anyone?

Aint that gorgeous!

Are you a sucker for uber cute packaging? Do you want to get the anime look for less? Then this is the thing for you!! :D I was recently sent a few products by Eyeko Cosmetics to try and it included their famous mascara, glitter eyeliner and fat balm. Basically its a cosmetics range in the UK inspired by the Japanese anime theme, which sounds rather facinating.

They have a decent range of colorful funky looking cosmetics aimed to create simple cute everyday looks using the least of products. I mean I seriously loove their packaging! Its pink, colorful and uuuber funky which = PURE LOVE ♥. As a cherry on the cake, they are reasonably priced too :)

Coming to the more serious part now i.e. the review. How did I like the products? I felt they were very easy to use and very basic to incorporate into everyday 'no-fuss' routine. The
Mascara was simply awesome! I believe this is the only one they do and its in black. Its not got the glossy finish but its more on the Loreal Voluminous side in terms of consistency.

It feels very nourishing (as its got vitamins too!), seperates and gives decent volume! Its gives a nice wide eyed (think anime) natural look hence a musthave for eveyday wear. Plus the wand is so innovative (see pic). I loved it soo much that I am even going to include this in the giveaway for you guys (coming soon).

Speaking about the Glitter Eyeliner, its a gorgeous metallic silver color designed to rock those evenings. One coat I thought was enough to create a glam look. Plus the consistency was really good too as it wasnt watery like some others I've tried in the past :S.

The Fat balm I got was in Raspberry which is deep red cherry like color and it looks lovely for a quick tint on you lips or a rozy 'just jogged' glow on the cheeks. Its pigmented and translucent at the same time making it look uber natural. You guys have to check these products out for sure!

Liquid Eyeliner - £5
Mascara - £6
Fat balm - £5

I've always assumed this range is a bit gimmicky and low quality...I'm going to have to have a closer look through after reading this!

Hey!I have tried the Eyeko 3 in 1 creme and the magic liquid eyeliner, both are quite good and their packaging is too cute :) xx

Sheefa F said...

ohh great! hw wz the cream gurl? i have heard lots about it!

The Beautifier said...

I have noticed that if I use it all over my face it just makes my face super shiny and the foundation tends to crack if applied over it so I am now using the 3 in 1 creme as a highlighter on my cheeks and nose xx
