EOTD using a Liner - Peacock Blue

Just a super simple look I created with a peacock blue-green eyeliner pencil. Its by VOV in shade blue devine, obviously if you dont have this any similar one would do.

Apply the liner first to your lower lashline, just stopping where your eyeball ends. Then apply it similarly on your upper lashline, leaving out the inner corners slightly.

Then just smudge the liner on your upper lashline in short upwards motions with your finger or a brush, trying to smoke it out. This will give a lot of depth and character to your eyes and the blue will add a hint of freshness to your clean look.

Apply mascara if desired and you're good to go!
